Aaron Hall
Owner
Aaron is a UND Alum with study in both Criminal Justice and Law. He started his career as a Police Officer, where he was awarded the highest award an officer can be awarded in the State of North Dakota: the Medal of Merit. Aaron was also awarded commendations from the U.S. Marshals Service and Devils Lake Police Department for bravery and valor.
Scott Williams
General Manager
Scott has worked in the security profession for over fifteen years. Originally from Bismarck, North Dakota, he was a Political Science major at the University of North Dakota when his career in private security began. Scott started as a Security Officer in the healthcare and industrial manufacturing sectors. From there he took over as Director of Public Safety for a regional mall, where he was responsible for all operational aspects of the Security department. In his current role, Scott is responsible for administration, licensing, billing, contract review and solicitation, and Human Resources.
Nathan Anderson
Operations Manager
Nathan is a native of East Grand Forks, Minnesota. He graduated from Sacred Heart High School and went on to earn an Associate of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Northland Community and Technical College, to include the full Minnesota Law Enforcement Skills course. Nathan also served as a Gunners Mate in the U.S. Navy and has since retired. His Naval service included extensive training in Leadership, Security, and Force Protection. As Operations Manager, Nathan brings the breadth of his training and experience to bear for the needs of our staff and clients.
